We value our guests’ time and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. We kindly request you reserve your appointments with a 50% deposit using to guarantee reservations through our online booking system.


Appointment Cancellation

Davide Hair Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will either lose your 50% deposit or be charged a fee determined by your stylist based on your service.

This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.  



Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid to your stylist at your next scheduled visit.  In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  However, you may be considered as a walk-in.  


Late Guests

We understand life happens.  If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to a  scheduled appointment, please call us! 

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.  Please be aware, in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day.  Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.  


Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time.  We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email if we have your information on file.  We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.  


Child Safety

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children.  We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment to receive a complimentary re-do service (instances may vary). We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.


Series and Packages

All series and package purchases are non-refundable.  Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product.  Packages and series expire 6 months from date of first use.


Hair Product Return

We will issue a full refund on hair products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase.


Hair Product Exchange

If you are not happy with the hair product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 30 days of your purchase.   


Damaged Products

We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days.  If your damaged item is no longer available at the time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.  


Hair Brushes & Sale Items

All  hair brushes and sale items are FINAL SALES.


Gift Cards/Certificates

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases.  Gift cards are NOT redeemable for cash.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards. Personal checks are not accepted.



Never expected, always accepted and appreciated. We can only accept cash. Another option is to send a tip via the Venmo app. Thank you.
